Welcome to the NEW HORIZONS Community Center (NHCC):
The long awaited center has finally been established in the heart of Astoria, Queens in New York. Founded by dynamic professionals, NHCC opened its doors in September, 2007 as a non-for-profit organization. It is designed with a key focus on education and training. It is an initiative geared towards addressing the growing and pressing community need for a center that provides educational, social and cultural services to the entire community. NEW HORIZONS will serve a wide range of individuals arriving from all walks of life in the tri boro area.
