NEW HORIZONS has established the following set of goals to meet its mission.
1. Will provide children with access to a safe and rich environment to learn, play, and grow.
2. Will deliver high-quality support programs to supplement school’s curriculum. The center will run after school programs, tutoring and homework assignment assistance.
3. Will foster early childhood education and awareness programs for parents.
4. Will work on engaging parents to become partners in the education process.
5. Will encourage and support strong networking programs for professional growth, career orientation and leadership opportunities for the community.
7. Will insure the deliverance of an organizational structure built upon strong foundations i.e. governance, communication, financial base, facilities and personnel.

In summary, New Horizons endeavors of becoming a model of excellence as a Community Center, cultural entity and moreover an educational system for the well-being of its members and as an example to neighboring organizations brings dedication and enthusiasm to its board and Committees as well as to its members.
MEMBERSHIP is open to all individuals who are keen and dedicated to serve the needs and rights of our community with a special emphasis on its children.
As Allah said in the holy Qur’an
"Invite (mankind, O Muhammad SAW) to the Way of your Lord (i.e. Submission to God) with wisdom (i.e. with the Divine Inspiration and the Qur'ân) and fair preaching, and argue with them in a way that is better. Truly, your Lord knows best who has gone astray from His Path, and He is the Best Aware of those who are guided." (An-Nahl 16:125)
